Sometimes we feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck or dissatisfied, or find ourselves moving through life feeling lost or invisible to others. We may find it difficult to ask for help, or feel selfish or uneasy in having our own needs met. Sometimes we no longer feel present in our everyday life, and have lost joy and motivation.
