 I'm here to provide compassionate and professional counselling when you need a little extra support. I believe in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your feelings and find healing, as you navigate through life's challenges.

 Sometimes we experience emotional wounds, it may be from our early years, from a life event, the end of a relationship, or a loss. Sometimes we feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck or dissatisfied, or find ourselves moving through life feeling lost or invisible to others. We may find it difficult to ask for help, or feel selfish or uneasy in having our own needs met. Sometimes we no longer feel present in our everyday life, and have lost joy and motivation.

Counselling can help you increase your self-awareness, and gain access into your internal resources and strengths. I am here to provide a confidential and reliable relationship, providing support through difficult times. I am dedicated to helping you navigate your vulnerabilities with compassion, and I invite you to a safe and understanding space, where you can fully be yourself.
